Phil Kennen is a local man with over 30 years experience farming in the South West.  From being an independently minded college student in the 1970’s to now, he has always been involved in agriculture and the rural community and understands the bewilderment that many must be feeling at the moment from so many changes and new legislation.

Phil has studied the waste plastic subject for over five years and visited Italy, France, Wales and Scotland to gain detailed knowledge of it. This research has led him to the conclusion that the Solway Bin & Liner System is a good ecological and environmental solution and an easy-to-implement system for the farmer.  He set up Kernow Farm Plastics in 2006 to provide this much needed service to the farmers of the South West.
